Level Orthodontics

From the flyers in my mailbox, to the consultation, to the treatments, Level Orthodontics have led me to perfectly aligned teeth. Every orthodontist I had visited prior had wanted to remove 4 of my teeth at once, but Dr. K in the consultation said that we would only start with removing one tooth to see if that gave us enough room, and would only remove more teeth if it became necessary. I really appreciated that the orthodontists here started with only having one tooth removed, it sealed the deal for me and my family to choose them for my treatment. I also want to thank the receptionists and assistants that also worked with us throughout my treatment — they were all very approachable, helpful, and professional. The building itself was very clean and well-kept. I was told in my consultation that the time frame to align my teeth would be two years, and that timeframe was honoured and my teeth were where they should be within those two years. Started treatment at Level recently. Staff has been very friendly and the doctor was very up front about product and procedures. Everything from the doctors, assistants (Maria did the initial start and was super friendly), front office and the financing staff have been nothing short of amazing. Had my first invisalign appt today. Staff (Bri) did an amazing job, covered all of my questions, and explained the whole process. Dr. J is so on top on things as well , came to make sure everything has been done and covered. I hope the treatment will go as planned. Read Less
